AZ Alkmaar wrapped up three successive Eredivise titles to become the fifth most successive club in Dutch football history, behind the big three of Ajax, PSV and Feyenoord and the HVV, an amateur side that won 10 titles by 1915.
The wonderkid factory project at AZ Alkmaar was progressing very nicely as Robinho Lazaró led the club to two 2nd-place finishes in three seasons. He'd also reduced the AZ squad to just five players who didn't come through the club's academy heading into the summer of 2026.

As the clock ticked over to 2042, Robinho Lazaró called off his time at Envigado, standing down as a true legend of the club. He'd taken a club from relegation favourites in 2021 to becoming one of the best teams in South America, purely using homegrown talents from the Envigado Wonderkid Factory.

Envigado's fans were in a state of shock at the massive overachievements of their homegrown heroes. But manager Robinho Lazaró didn't know whether to be shocked, joining in with the many parties he'd been invited to, or smugly gloating in his glory. And he largely chose the latter, professing to anyone who'd listen that he was indeed "a special one."
