My number one rule on FM21 is to never trust my scouts (unless they tell me a player is really, really bad). For that reason, I use a wide range of tactics for finding the best new players from all around the world on FM21.
The likes of Paris St Germain, Manchester City or Barcelona are not for my Football Manager persona.
