There were goals aplenty in Trebor Mahtal's first season in Malaysia as he led Perak to an immediate promotion and a cup final, scoring 148 goals and conceding 66 in 37 matches.
Mahtal allowed his Longford contract to expire then, on 1 December 2028, he resigned. To begin the quest for letter number three, he had to spin the Magic Alphabet Wheel before going back on the job hunt.
